Add your client's details, create a project, and assign it — all from the Clients tab. Your client receives login credentials for their own FirmUp Client app, where they can upload documents, track project status, and view their financial reports. No WhatsApp needed.
Step 2 — Upload & AI Extract
Point AI at a receipt. Get a journal entry in 8–20 seconds.
Upload receipts or invoices to the project. Open the AI Extract tab, select the file and a template (Receipt or Ledger), tap Generate Journal Entry — and Gemini 2.0 on GCP drafts the double-entry bookkeeping for you. Review it, tap Save to Transaction, and it's posted.
Step 3 — Manage the Kanban Board
Track every client's work without a separate project tool.
Each project has a built-in Kanban board. Move task cards from Awaiting Upload → In Process → Completed. Your client's app reflects the status update in real-time — they know exactly where their accounting stands without calling you.
