Our AI features (powered by Google Gemini 2.0 via Google Cloud) process the following data:

• Transaction descriptions for automatic journal entry generation
• Bank statement data for AI-assisted reconciliation suggestions

AI-generated outputs are productivity tools that require human review. Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial records submitted to regulatory authorities.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only as necessary:

• Between accountants and their authorized clients within the platform
• With Google Cloud Platform for hosting and AI processing infrastructure
• With payment processors for subscription billing (no card data stored by us)
• When required by Indonesian law or valid legal process

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request complete deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in CSV format at any time via the app
