Yes. No credit card required. The Free plan includes 1 project, 1 accounting entity, and 50 AI credits on signup. You keep access indefinitely.

How are credits used?

Each AI-assisted operation (journal entry generation, OCR extraction, bank reconciliation suggestion) uses 1 credit. On-device OCR scanning is always free.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime through the app. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not store payment card information.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes. Paying annually saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Yearly plans are available for all paid tiers.

What is an "accounting entity"?

An entity is a separate company or business unit with its own Chart of Accounts, ledger, and financial reports. Each client business you manage counts as one entity.
