FirmUp Accounting & PintarDigi — PT. Manajemen Pintar Digital
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pintardigi.com or downloading and using PintarDigi products — including FirmUp Accounting Professional App, FirmUp Accounting Client App, PintarDigi Personal App — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. About Our Platform
PT. Manajemen Pintar Digital operates PintarDigi, an AI-powered SaaS (Software as a Service) ecosystem for professional accounting and small business financial management. Our platform is a cloud-based software product, not a consulting agency or professional services firm. We build and distribute software tools that professionals and businesses use independently.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access platform features, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3.2 Account Types
The platform supports multiple account types:
- Professional Account — for accountants, bookkeepers, and financial consultants using FirmUp Accounting
- Client Account — for MSMEs and business owners accessing reports via FirmUp Accounting Client
- Personal Account — for individuals using PintarDigi Personal for personal finance
4. Platform Features & Services
4.1 FirmUp Accounting (SaaS Platform)
FirmUp Accounting is our core AI-powered accounting SaaS platform. Features include:
- AI-assisted bookkeeping with automatic journal entry generation
- OCR document processing for receipts and invoices
- Multi-entity accounting with Chart of Accounts management
- Bank reconciliation with AI-powered transaction matching
- Financial reporting: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Trial Balance
- Fixed asset tracking with depreciation schedules
- Inventory management with automatic COGS journal entries
- Client project management and document collaboration
4.2 PintarDigi Personal (Mobile App)
A free mobile application for individual and small business financial tracking. Features include income/expense recording, business asset management, maintenance scheduling, AI document generation, and CSV data export. Core features function offline.
4.3 AI Features
AI features are powered by Google Gemini 2.0 via Google Cloud Platform. These are productivity assistance tools. AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by users before submission to any regulatory, banking, or tax authority.
5. Subscription, Credits & Pricing
5.1 FirmUp Accounting Plans
FirmUp Accounting is offered under tiered SaaS subscription plans. Plans differ in the number of accounting entities and client projects allowed. Current pricing is displayed within the application.
5.2 AI Credits
AI-powered features consume credits per generation. New accounts receive complimentary welcome credits. Additional credits are purchasable via Google Play or App Store. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
5.3 PintarDigi Personal
The PintarDigi Personal app is free to download and use. Optional AI document generation features require purchasable points via in-app purchase.
5.4 Refund Policy
Subscription and in-app purchases follow Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies. For billing disputes, contact management@pintardigi.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, and content on the PintarDigi platform are the exclusive property of PT. Manajemen Pintar Digital, protected under Indonesian and international intellectual property law. Users retain full ownership of all financial data they input into the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any PintarDigi application
- Use the platform to process fraudulent financial records or generate fraudulent documents
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute platform access without written authorization
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable Indonesian or international laws
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy at pintardigi.com/privacy-policy. We use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure for secure, enterprise-grade data hosting. We do not sell user data to third parties.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Not Professional Advice
FirmUp Accounting and PintarDigi are software tools, not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisory services. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all records submitted to regulatory authorities.
9.2 AI Output Accuracy
AI-generated content including journal entries, OCR extractions, and reconciliation suggestions may contain errors. Human review and validation is required before use in official financial reporting.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT. Manajemen Pintar Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated outputs.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time at pintardigi.com/delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your cloud data is removed within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indonesia in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules (BANI).
