1. Getting Started

Download and Install

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone
  2. Search for "FirmUp Accounting Client"
  3. Tap Install
  4. Wait for the download to complete
  5. Tap Open
Note: The app requires Android 7.0 or newer.

What You Need Before Registering

Before you can create an account, you need one thing from your consultant:

Consultant Company ID — This is a unique code that links your account to your consulting firm. Ask your consultant for this code before you start.

Tip: Save this code somewhere safe — you'll only need it once during registration.

Register Your Account

  1. Open the app
  2. On the Login screen, tap "Don't have an account? Register"
  3. Fill in the registration form:

  1. Tap "Register"
  2. A verification code will be sent to your email
Important: Use an email address you have access to — you'll receive a verification code there.

Verify Your Email (OTP)

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from FirmUp
  2. Find the 6-digit code in the email
  3. Type the code into the app
  4. Tap "Verify"
  5. Tap "Login" to proceed
Tip: The code expires in 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 minutes.

Login

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Tap "Login"
  4. You'll be taken to your Dashboard
Note: Once logged in, the app keeps you logged in automatically. You won't need to login again unless you log out manually.
