4. Viewing Accounting Data

The Accounting section gives you a read-only view of your financial data. You can browse transactions, check fixed assets, monitor inventory, and read financial reports.

Note: You can only view accounting data โ€” you cannot add, edit, or delete entries. All accounting work is done by your consultant.

Selecting an Entity

  1. Tap "Accounting" in the bottom navigation bar
  2. You'll see a list of your entities
  3. Tap on the entity you want to view

Browsing Transactions

  • View all transactions with description, date, and type
  • Search by description or reference number
  • Tap any transaction to see full details including line items
  • Tap the export button (โฌ‡) to download as Excel (.xlsx)

Viewing Fixed Assets

Each asset shows: name, code, original purchase cost, current book value, depreciation method, and useful life.

What is book value? Book value is what the asset is worth today after accounting for wear and tear (depreciation).

Checking Inventory

Each item shows: SKU code, product name, current stock quantity, unit, and total stock value.

Items with a โš ๏ธ warning have stock at or below the minimum level.

Reading Financial Reports

Step 1: Select a Reporting Period

  1. Tap "Reports"
  2. Tap the period selector at the top
  3. Select the period you want

Step 2: Choose a Report

Note: Negative amounts are shown in parentheses like (10,000,000) โ€” this is standard accounting notation.
