Tap the Finance tab (gold icon) at the bottom. You will see 4 sub-tabs: Expense · Income · Receipts · Setting

Receipts

A receipt is a record of a purchase document. Create a receipt first, then link expenses to it.

Creating a Receipt

  1. Tap the Receipts tab → tap Create Receipt
  2. Tap Generate Receipt Number to auto-fill the number
  3. Select the Date from the calendar
  4. Tap Add Receipt Image to attach photos (up to 10 images)
  5. Enter the Total Amount
  6. Add Notes (optional) → tap Submit
Decimal tip: To enter Rp 1,500.56 — type "150056" then delete "1" → 50056 → 500.56

Expenses

Recording an Expense

  1. Tap the Expense tab → tap Create Expense
  2. Select a Receipt (optional) and Expense Category
  3. Select the Date
  4. Tap Add Items: enter Item Name, Qty, Unit, Price
  5. Add Notes (optional) → tap Submit

Use the period selector to filter by This Week / This Month / This Year / All. A blue progress bar = within budget. Red = exceeded 90%.

Income

  1. Tap the Income tab → tap Create Income
  2. Select Category, Date, enter Total Amount and Source
  3. Tap Submit

Budget & Categories (Finance Setting)

Tap the Setting tab inside Finance.

  • Add Category — create expense or income categories
  • Add Budget — select category, set period (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly) and amount

Grocery List

  1. Tap the Grocery tab → tap Create Grocery List
  2. Enter list name, add items with Qty, Unit, Price → tap Submit
  3. At the market: tap checkboxes as you buy items
  4. After shopping: tap Convert to Expense to auto-create an expense record
