2. Home Screen
The Home screen is your dashboard. It shows a summary of your business at a glance.
Summary Cards
The cards at the top show:
- Vehicles — how many vehicles you have recorded
- Buildings — how many buildings you have recorded
- Items — how many equipment/items you have recorded
- Expense — total expenses for the selected period
- Income — total income for the selected period
- Asset Value — total current value of all your assets
Changing the Period
Tap the period selector (shows "This Week" by default) and choose:
- This Week — Monday to today
- This Month — 1st of this month to today
- This Year — January 1st to today
- All — all records ever
Quick Actions

Points Balance
Your points balance is shown on the Home screen. Points are used to unlock AI features (minimum 15 points needed).
- Green number = you have enough points for AI features
- Red number = you need to buy more points
