7. Profile & Settings

Tap the Profile tab (cyan icon) at the bottom.

Display, Language & Currency

• Display Mode — tap Display Mode → choose Light, Dark, or Follow System
• Language — tap Language → choose Indonesian or English (applies immediately)
• Currency — tap Currency → select your preferred currency (e.g. IDR, USD)

Backup & Export

Export your data to CSV for Excel, accounting software, or bank loan applications.

1. Tap Backup in Profile (or use the Backup quick action on Home)
2. Select Data Type: Receipts / Income / Expense / Grocery List / Fixed Assets / Vehicle Maintenance / Item Maintenance / Budget Categories
3. For time-based data: select From Date and End Date
4. Tap Submit → CSV file saved to your device storage
5. Share via email or WhatsApp to your accountant

Tip: Do a full backup every month and send it to your accountant. This saves hours of manual data collection.

Logging Out

1. Scroll down in Profile
2. Tap Logout → confirm

Your local data (assets, finance records) remains on your device after logout. It is not deleted.
