6. Accounting
Tap the Accounting tab at the bottom of the screen.
Setting Up an Entity
An "entity" is an accounting company — each client may have one or more.
- On the Accounting home screen, tap +
- Enter name, client, and currency
- Tap Save
Switch Entity: Tap the entity name at the top to switch.
Chart of Accounts
Add an Account:
- Tap +
- Enter account code, name, and type
- Tap Save
Note: Currency is locked to the entity's currency and cannot be changed per account.
Set Up from Template:
- Tap Use Template
- Select business type and language
- Tap Create from Template
Reporting Periods
Before recording transactions, set up a reporting period:
- Go to the Ledger tab → tap the period selector
- Tap + to create a new period
- Enter year, date range, and status (Open)
- Tap Save
Only Open periods accept new transactions.
Recording a Transaction (Manual)
- Go to the Ledger tab → tap +
- Fill in date, type, narration, and reference
- Add line items — select account, enter debit or credit amount
- Total debits must equal total credits
- Tap Save
Fixed Assets
- Go to the Assets tab → tap +
- Enter name, purchase date, cost, salvage value, useful life, depreciation method
- Tap Save
Tap any asset → see full year-by-year depreciation breakdown.
Financial Reports

Select a reporting period → tap the report → use Export to Excel to download.
