1. Getting Started

Download & Install

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android phone
  2. Search for "FirmUp Accounting"
  3. Tap Install
  4. Once installed, tap Open

Create Your Account

On the login screen, tap Register.

Personal Information

  • Full Name — your name as a consultant
  • Email Address — this will be your login email
  • Password — at least 8 characters
  • Confirm Password — re-enter your password

Company Information

  • Company Name — your accounting firm or business name
  • Company Email — your company's contact email
  • Phone (optional)
  • Address (optional)
Tip: Tick "Same as personal info" to automatically copy your name and email into the company fields.

Accept the Policy

  1. Tap the "Privacy Policy & Disclaimer" link to read the full document
  2. Return to the form and tick the checkbox
  3. Tap Register

Verify Your Email (OTP)

A 6-digit code is sent to your email after registration.

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  2. Enter the 6-digit code in the app
  3. Tap Verify

The app logs you in automatically — no need to sign in again.

Sign In

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Tap Sign In
Tip: Tap the 👁 icon to show or hide your password.

You can also tap Sign in with Google for one-tap login.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot? next to the Password field
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Code
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit reset code
  4. Enter the code, then enter and confirm your new password
  5. Tap Reset Password
  6. You are taken back to the login screen to sign in with your new password
