6. AI Features

AI features require a minimum of 15 points. Tap Profile → AI Features to access them.

Points System

Points are the in-app currency for AI features. Check your balance on the Home screen (green = enough, red = need more).

Buying Points

  1. Go to Profile → Buy Points
  2. Choose a package: 500 Points (IDR ~37,500) or 1,000 Points (IDR ~75,000)
  3. Tap Buy → complete payment via Google Play / App Store
Buy the 1,000 point package for better value. Each document uses approximately 15 points.

Building Agreement

Generates a professional rental or lease agreement for your building.

Prerequisites: Building added in Assets screen, at least 15 points.

  1. Go to Profile → AI Features → Building Agreement → tap Create Agreement
  2. Fill in: Select Building, Agreement Type (Rental/Lease), Language, Currency, Start Date, End Date, Tenant Name, Tenant Email, Tenant Phone, Tenant Address
  3. Tap Submit → wait up to 30 seconds for generation
  4. Find the agreement in your list → tap Download to save as .docx

Invoice Generator

Prerequisites: At least one client created, at least 15 points.

Step 1 — Create a Client (first time only)

  1. Profile → AI Features → Invoice → tap Client tab → tap Add Client
  2. Fill in: Client Name, Company Name, Address, Email, Phone (optional) → tap Submit

Step 2 — Create an Invoice

  1. Tap the Invoice tab → tap Create Invoice
  2. Fill in company details, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Select Client, Language, Currency
  3. Tap Add Item: Description, Quantity, Unit, Unit Price
  4. Add Tax and Notes (optional) → tap Submit
  5. Find invoice in list → tap Mark as Paid or Download as .docx

Text Translator

  1. Profile → AI Features → Translate
  2. Enter text, select target language → tap Translate
